Yard Signs Friends Against an Erie County Casino, Thousands signed a petition that was sent to our elected officials stating they were against a casino in Buffalo, or Erie County. We need you thousands to show Giambra, Pataki, and the next Mayor that we will not be bullied into this "deal". Please e-mail either joelrose@buffalo.edu or nocasino@nocasinoerie.org or leave a message at our phone number, 440-8126, and ask for a Yard Sign. If you are unable to pick it up, we will find a way to get it to you. Anyone who wishes to help let us know. We need your help. If you have helped in the past, Thank You. Please help again. Signs cost us $4.00; any donation will help to print more. Our signs are a more durable plastic and our demand stands out proudly: "WE SAID NO CASINO IN ERIE COUNTY" Thank you for your help. p.s. from Joel: Some of you asked for yard signs earlier and didn't get them. Sorry about that, but we're organizing a more intense effort to get the signs out now. We expect to be filling those old requests soon, but feel free to renew your request. |
